Have had wonderful luck with these long garlic braids keeping through the year. The night before my order’s arrival I used the last clove from my previous order! I was concerned that I might have to substitute but the shipment’s timing was spot on the next day!

One note: be gentle with heat with this wonderful garlic and it will reward you with a flavor you have never experienced before!!

There must be something in the California soil combined with the loving care and dedication that this farm provides its products. Worth the price for garlic heaven. Excellent packing, too.

I've loved cooking with the garlic from my new garlic braid. It looks great on the wall, too! So glad Rajiv mentioned this is where he got his garlic from! I don't think I want to get my garlic anywhere else now.
