Our traditional method sparkling wine is a dazzler. Made with 45% Chardonnay and 55% Pinot Noir, it is aged in the bottle for 4 years before release. The long rest after its second fermentation brings tiny, elegant bubbles holding scents of mixed apples, young pineapple and melons. Flavors of Asian pears, ginger, citrus curd, melons, brioche and hazelnuts. Texture and flavor bring a symphony of pleasures that await your palate.

*SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS* Wine is shipped via UPS and requires an Adult Signature upon delivery. Three delivery attempts are made before it is returned. If it comes back to us and you'd like it shipped again, we will charge you another shipping fee.

    Amazing Tasting Experience!

    My wife and I tasted here recently at the beginning of wine tasting weekend in Lake & Mendo County. The wines here were our favorite all weekend. It’s amazing how they’re able to express so many different varietals flawlessly across such a diverse range. The service was also great and the prices are very reasonable. Don’t miss this hidden gem!
