Fresh and natural, our Garlic Swag with Chilis & Raffia features about fifteen garlic bulbs bundled together and finished with dried chili peppers and a raffia bow. Made from California late harvest soft-neck garlic, we begin making swags in the end of July and sell till they're gone. Each Swag is handcrafted and beautifully bundled together for a convenient way to display and use for your favorite recipes. Because the garlic is still on the stem it should last 6-9 months from harvest. Store in a cool dry place. Sizes of the bulbs may vary from one harvest to the next. 
Will last several years for decorative use.

  • Approximately 12" long
  • 15-20 Fresh Garlic Bulbs, or about 2 lbs.

  • Garlic and chili peppers are fresh and natural but NOT organic

For best results...

 hang in a cool, dry place, preferably out of direct heat and sunlight.

To use your garlic in the kitchen... 

Twist off one bulb at a time, working from top to bottom - the bulbs at the bottom have the longest stems so they will stay fresh the longest (6-9 Months)

    Great product, great customer service.

    I usually buy a garlic braid every year from my local grower. This year- surprise! They grew no garlic, so I went online and found McFadden family Farms. I was delighted to see all kinds of garlic braids with reasonable prices and postage. I ordered one for myself and one for my brother in Kentucky. Both arrived in great shape and are beautiful addition to my pantry and cooking. Overall an excellent shopping experience. I’ll be back next year.

    I've been buying McFadden Farms' garlic swags and braids for at least the past ten years, and have always been really pleased with their appearance and quality. The garlic is so fresh that in many years it has lasted over 9 months.
