Very Beautiful but order change did not happen

the wreaths are extremely beautiful and all 4 of my recipients loved them.
my only issue is that i called & changed the type of wreath, paid the upcharge and was assured the change was made, but it was not. a later inquiry was not addressed.
bottom line, i will purchase again and make sure to do it right the first time.
