Caesar Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

3 anchovy fillets, mashed
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons lemon juice
¾ cup olive oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper


Directions

Combine anchovies, garlic, cheese and mustard in a bowl. Whisk in lemon juice. Add oil in a thin stream, whisking constantly. Season with salt and pepper.
