Easy Flavorful New Year’s Black Eyed Peas



1 (15.5 ounce) can black-eyed peas with liquid
1/2 onion, chopped
8 ounces ham, pre-cooked and cubed
McFadden Farm Pork & Veal Herb Blend
Two chipotle peppers from a can of adobo sauce, rinsed and minced
Ground black pepper to taste

In a medium-size pot, combine black-eyed peas, onion, ham, McFadden herb blend, chipotle peppers, and black pepper (to taste). Heat all ingredients to simmer, let cook 30 minutes. Enjoy! Serve with corn bread and Blue Quail Riesling.
