Guinness’s New York Burgers Recipe


1 LB organic grass fed ground beef 
1 slice baguette of French bread 
3 TBS milk 
¼ onion, diced 
¼ red bell pepper, diced 
2 tsp capers 
1 TBS Worcestershire sauce 
1 tsp McFadden Farm organic Beef Herb Blend 
4 slices cheddar cheese 
4 English muffins 
Condiments and garden goods to taste 


Start with a pound of organic grass fed ground beef.  Toast a slice of baguette, cut the toasted slice into small cubes, place the cubes with a little milk in a bowl, and let the cubes absorb the milk. Combine the beef, milk soaked bread cubes, onion, red pepper, capers, Worcestershire sauce and McFadden Farm organic Beef Herb Blend. Make 4 equal size patties. 

Toast English muffins in toaster or oven. 

Cook beef patties in large cast iron skillet, topping patties with cheese to melt after turning. 

Spread mayo, mustard, ketchup or any other condiments you enjoy on the toasted muffins, place cooked patties with cheese on muffin, top with lettuce, tomato, pickle, etc. (we enjoyed a topping of sautéed peppers and onions), and enjoy!
