McFadden Farm Easter Ham

1 (12 to 15-pound) fully cooked bone-in ham
1 jar whole cloves
1 teaspoon McFadden Pork & Veal Herbs
1 teaspoon McFadden Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon ground allspice
½ teaspoon Coleman’s dry mustard
½ cup McFadden Farm Honey
½ cup yellow mustard
½ cup packed brown sugar
1 (2-liter) bottle cola
3/4 cup Bonne Maman cherry preserves
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
½ stick butter


Preheat oven to 325 degrees;
Cross slice a diamond pattern into the ham;
Insert a whole clove into the center of each diamond;
Combine orange juice, cherry preserve, McFadden Farm Honey, mustards, McFadden Farm Pork & Veal Herbs, McFadden Farm Garlic Powder, all spice, brown sugar, and butter for a glaze;
Cook on rack in deep roasting pan with two liters of cola in pan, covered with aluminum foil for 15 minutes per pound at 325 degrees;
Uncover and brush with glaze;
Cook uncovered for 20 more minutes at 400 degrees;
Let rest 30 minutes;
Carve and serve.
Serve with  Blue Quail Old Vine Zinfandel.
