Wild Rice and Artichoke Salad


3 cups cooked wild rice( 1 cup uncooked)
2 (7 1/4oz) jars marinated artichoke hearts
2 sliced tomatoes
3 sliced green onions
1 (8oz. can water chestnuts, drained)
1 (4oz. can mushrooms, drained)
1/2 cup Italian dressing


Combine wild rice, artichoke hearts including juice from one jar, tomatoes, water chestnuts and mushrooms. Pour dressing over mixture and marinate several hours or overnight in refrigerator. Serve chilled. Yield: 8-10 servings
